StatusChecked against the official docs on the date shown below. Always confirm on the official network information page before using any network details.
Short answer
Only a developer devnet exists. There is no public testnet and no mainnet.
What officially exists
Confirmed by official docsThe official docs describe a hosted, multi-validator devnet that they call "highly unstable and subject to breaking changes". The documented devnet chain ID is 1105, and its values may change.
The devnet's RPC endpoints are listed on the official network information page. We link to that page instead of copying the endpoints, so you always get the current values.
What does not exist yet
| Item | Status |
|---|---|
| Public testnet | Not launched |
| Mainnet | Not launched |
| Faucet | Not available yet, per the docs |
| BSC ↔ New L1 bridge | In development, not live |
| Hosted indexers | Not available at this stage |
| Launch dates | Not announced in the official docs |

Our analysis (unofficial)Since there is no public network, anyone selling "early access", "New L1 tokens" or a New L1 airdrop is not offering anything official. BNB remains the only gas asset, and no new token is issued.
